1. Information We Collect
Vastbase3 ("we," "our," or "us") collects information you provide directly, such as name, work email, company name, and payment details when you register for an account or contact us. We also collect usage data, log files, device identifiers, and analytics data automatically when you interact with our platform.
2. How We Use Your Information
We use collected data to provide, maintain, and improve the Vastbase3 platform; process transactions; send service communications and product updates; respond to inquiries; prevent fraud; and comply with legal obligations. We do not sell your personal data to third parties.
3. Cookies and Tracking
We use strictly necessary cookies to operate the platform, functional cookies to remember your preferences, and analytics cookies to understand how users interact with our service. You may decline non-essential cookies via our cookie banner. We use first-party analytics only and do not share cookie data with advertising networks.
4. Third-Party Services
We engage trusted sub-processors including cloud infrastructure providers (AWS, Google Cloud), payment processors (Stripe), and customer support tools. All sub-processors are bound by data processing agreements meeting GDPR Article 28 requirements. A full sub-processor list is available upon request.
5. Data Retention
We retain personal data for as long as your account is active or as required to provide services. Account data is deleted within 90 days of account closure. Backup copies may be retained for up to 12 months in encrypted form. You may request earlier deletion at any time.
6. Your Rights (GDPR & CCPA)
Depending on your jurisdiction, you have the right to access, correct, delete, or port your personal data; object to or restrict processing; and withdraw consent at any time. California residents may opt out of the sale of personal information (we do not sell data). Submit requests to [email protected]. We respond within 30 days.

Terms of Service

1. Acceptance of Terms
By accessing or using the Vastbase3 platform ("Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you are using the Service on behalf of an organization, you represent that you have authority to bind that organization to these Terms.
2. Use of the Service
You may use the Service solely for lawful business purposes in accordance with these Terms. You agree not to reverse engineer, resell, sublicense, or use the Service to build a competing product. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activity under your account.
3. Subscription and Payment
Paid plans are billed monthly or annually in advance. All fees are non-refundable except as required by law or as described in our refund policy. We reserve the right to modify pricing with 30 days' notice. Failure to pay may result in service suspension after a 10-day grace period.
4. Data Ownership
You retain full ownership of all data you upload or connect to the Service. We process your data solely to provide the Service and as described in our Privacy Policy. Upon account termination, you may export your data within 30 days before deletion.
5. Service Availability
We target 99.97% monthly uptime and publish a status page at status.vastbase3.com. Planned maintenance is communicated at least 48 hours in advance. SLA credits apply to eligible paid plans per our SLA addendum.
6. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Vastbase3's aggregate liability for any claims arising under these Terms shall not exceed the amounts paid by you in the 12 months preceding the claim. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.
7. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of California, USA, without regard to conflict of law principles. Disputes shall be resolved through binding arbitration under AAA rules, except that either party may seek injunctive relief in a court of competent jurisdiction.
